Porter Cable's newest corded model the 3.0 Amp powerhouse PCE605K sports increased power and improvements including a longer blade release trigger lever for an easier blade release (for those of us with soft hands).  It also has an uniquely new and creative Depth-Stopper Guide that will stop this multi-tool from going too deep when needed.  And for those of us using these tools for continuous runtimes, the ergonomics of the tool body has also improved.  

If you prefer the freedom of a cordless machine the new Porter Cable 18 Volt Lithium PCCK510LA and PCC510B multi-tools boast more power and longer run times than the original 12 Volt PCL120MT offering.
